My daughter is suffering from foul smelling vagina. need advise.?
My daughter is 4 yrs old and there is stinking smell coming from her vagina. Her panties are also wet with foul smelling discharges. What could be possible causes and remedies ?

these are some good posibilities
~ bubble baths irratate young girls, so if she takes a bath no bubbles, this was a problem for me around her age
~ she isn't wiping enough after going potty so get her some baby wipes to wipe with untill it gets better and it sucks but show her how to wipe correctly, even inside the lips of the vagina
~ cotton underwear only
~ may be an infection, in that case she needs to see a doctor
because she is so young i would try the first few things and if this doesn't help take her to the doctor, because since she is only 4 a doctor looking down there may be torture to her.
