Why do i feel so crap??

iv been feeling run down for some time now, iv got a headache most days i feel tied and got no energy to do much i have been on a diet for about a yr now low fat low carb thing i also started doing taekwondo, my husband said it might be my thyroid but i had a blood test done and it came back normal, im getting very upset and feeling more and more down each day i just dont know what to do iv been to the doc's they said its stress but i feel like i should have at lest lost so weight by now so im feeling depressed not stressed??? oh i duno.... any help please??

i always find when i diet that i start to feel very tired and lethargic and i started taking multi vitamins as i realized that there were not enough vitamins in the food i was eating to keep me fit and healthy.

i would tone down the exercise for a while and try taking the vitamins , i found that i started to feel better about three to four weeks after starting on the tablets. make sure you get some with iron in as this essential for the red blood cells in your blood and if you dont have enough of them you can get very tired.

if you have been dieting for a year then i'm not surprised you are feeling so low. another thing i do when i'm on a prolonged diet is to give myself a break from it every so often and just spoil myself for a day or two and eat whatever i fancy.
i find it gives my body a bit of a kick start and i start to lose weight again.
