Am i supposed to feel the tampon after i put it in?!

Am i supposed to feel the tampon after i put it in?
I can feel the tampon when i walk and when i sit down... is this normal?
(This is my first time using a tampon so i'm not really sure if i did it right or not)

maybe its not in far enough. try pushing it up a bit more. maybe that will make it less unconfortable. good luck! xoxo
