i have had lower abdomen and back pain extreme bloating ( baggy clothes fit almost normal) and 4 days late for period tired and constipated and not able to urinate real well

The same sort of thing happens to within 3-4 days before I get my period. I think it might be the same for you. I wouldn't worry about it.
