Are my breasts really done developing?

I'm a 32A, and I'm 17 years old. I don't have a problem with the size of my breasts, because, even though I don't have any cleavage, I'm not so flat to the point where I look ridiculously boyish.

But... It bothers me that my breasts aren't round. My areola is extremely puffy; They're like hills on top of my breasts.

Will my breasts eventually round? I'm very pear-shaped, so any fat that I gain goes to my lower half. My upper half is very thin and, in spots, maybe even anorexic looking. My lower half, though, is average to chubby. So gaining weight wouldn't help me out with my breasts.

And, if my breasts never do become round, like if I'm 24 or something and they still look this way, is there any treatment or surgery to fix it? It's embarrassing... Like if I'm not wearing a bra, just a top I wear to sleep, the only shapes you see are the triangular mounds.

( By the way: My mother and my relatives all have B/C-ish breasts. I used to always wear sports bras, even to sleep. )

1. They will grow more, maybe for another 4-5 years.
2. Instead of putting on weight try exercises to develop chest. Circular motions of the arms, circular massage with olive oil over the breasts will help.
3. You need not be concerned over how they look when you are sleeping without a bra. Only very intimate ppl can c u at that time & it really doesn't matter to them.
4. If u r very self-conscious, u may go for implants LATER not now.
