What can you do to relieve menstrual pain?!

Question:

What can you do to relieve menstrual pain?

Answers:

If you get extremely bad pain like I do there are a couple of solutions. Aleve works best for me to relieve any immediate pain. They are only 220 mg so you can take 3 or 4 if you'd like. But only do it once and then if you have pain a couple hours later, only take one. And don't take them on an empty stomach. Make sure it is with food. Putting a heating pad or hot water bottle on your stomach and back will help too.
If extreme pain is something you continue to have or it worsens over time, you should talk to your doctor about getting on birth control pills. Birth control pills can actually reduce the length, heaviness of flow, and pain of your periods. It has done wonders for me. You should also talk to your doctor about a condition called endometriosis. I included a website below if you want to more information.
