every time the ac goes on my nipples harden and its embarrasing how do i stop that? every were that happens i wear like 2 undershirts and still wear a jacket to school(and they still show !)
i want to get this problem fixed before i go to school so help i have a lot of tee shirts and i always have to wear a jacket
is it something with my bra?or what ? help what should i do

your right, it is embarrassing and at least your modest about it. i bought a slightly padded bra exactly for that reason. its nobodys business if im cold or aroused.
