I like wearing tampons. However, I wear pads at night to give my body a break from toxic shock. It's no fun having to wake up in six hours just to change the tampon and I get really paranoid about leaving a tampon in for too long. I usually change every 4 hours, so that just wouldn't work me at night. Plus, when I was younger, tampons were painful for me to use
