I am 16 yearsold and expecting my period soon however i seem to have an upset stomach and I feel like?

continued: throwing up. Is this normal? Please help.

I have had my period since I was 13 years old so I'm not expecting it for the first time.

That's what happened to me before I got my period. So I don't think you really have to worry about anything. The day before I had my period, I was extremely ill. It was almost like I had a stomach virus. The next day I felt just fine though and that's when I had my first period.
