Is it possible to get your period during breast feeding?
when ever i don't have enough milk i bleed and i have cramping just likei'm getting my period ,but it's just for hour !!!is it normal?

Do you still breast feed the whole time? Or do you allready feed the baby other food too? Usually if you feed the baby just breast milk you don't get your period at all but as soon as you feed the baby some other food and not so much breast milk anymore you will get a period once in a while-after you stopped completly with breast feeding the period come back regulary.
