Sore nipples during period?

I am almost 19 and have had my period for almost 7 years. My nipples are sore and this has never happened before. There's nothing that I have done different. I'm not on the pill or anything. I wear the proper bra. Whats happening?

I'm surprised you haven't encountered this before, it's quite common during & before your period. Shouldn't be anything to worry about but don't forget to do your monthly breast exam once your period ends. Take care of them, they'll take care of you.
