Ok dont get grossed out .....I have alot of hair down there and I want to get rid of it...My mom says I cant shave because it will get really itchy...Help me please...Also sometimes it smells kinda bad...I wash in the shower but it doesnt really help...

What i have learned is pubic hair retains odors. SO the smell will not go away without getting rid of the hair.
You mom is right. Dont shave! It will itch. What you should do is NAIR your hair down there! (LOL It rhymes!)
Anyways, bikini Nair works the best. Just trim your hair to the shortest length possible and place a thick layer over your pubic area. Wait a couple minutes and test an area. Don't leave it on too long. It works great and lasts twice as long as shaving.
