Early period?!

Early period?
so i'm on the pill (on it for about a year and a half) and supposed to take my last active pill of the pack today. i wasn't expecting my period until friday (ALWAYS comes on the friday after i stop taking the active pills), but this morning i started getting cramps and when i went to the bathroom a little bit ago, my period had started. i haven't missed any pills lately and just was wondering what the reason for this could be and is it ok or should i go to the doctor?

periods shift randomly it happens to me and its happened to other people i know it depends on how early it is if its a week or more early then when u were expecting it then yes go to a doctor
