i had a misscarage last week now im getting pains down my legs does anyone know if its normal

First of all, I didn't see any need for the first lady to be rude. Secondly, I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage, I'm not aware of your situation, but hopefully another chance will come!
And as for your question, that actually does not sound normal, if anything, a call to the doctors office will do you best.
