I was wondering if this is normal. on the vagina lips on the outside under the skin are little bumps they dont hurt or anything ? is this normal ? it is a friend not me. thanks

Are these bumps new or have they always been there? If they've always been there, I would say they're nothing to worry about -- just the way the skin is. If they're new, or she can't remember seeing them before, and they don't burn, itch, ooze or anything like that, they may be genital warts. Small bumps that don't have any feeling to them don't sound at all like herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis (although the last three CAN be cured with antibiotics!). Genital warts (HPV) sometimes itch, and sometimes don't. So, if they're a new or recent occurrence, it would be best to get them checked out by a doctor. If your friend doesn't have a gynecologist, Planned Parenthood can help.
