Work out plans for a fourteen year old????

I can't go to the gym. I can't NOT eat (last time i tried my parents grounded me for a week) and I dont want to tell my parents because they always get over-zelous. What are workouts that I can do to lose weight?

What I like to do is dance or run, like up and down your street, or just get some weights and do reps so you can pick which muscles to tone. another thing to do is jump rope, or sports, i personally like soccer and tennis, you get legs and arms. my favorite thing to do is aerobic dance, though. i'm 14 years old too, and just learning some basic steps and putting them together to your favorite songs can really help, because its just like a dance routine, not a workout. the only thing aerobics doesnt work is your abs, so do curl-ups for that, they may take time, but you feel much better because you've worked so hard for it.
