Can ovarian cysts make you nauseous if they are bleeding or causing trouble?!

Question:

Can ovarian cysts make you nauseous if they are bleeding or causing trouble?

I have cysts every month. Sometimes they are fairly large and one has been 5 1/2 cm complex recently. Is it possible if they rupture or cause bleeding that they can also cause unusual nausea?

By unusual I mean that I could feel the cyst mid cycle but after my period I've had some spotting and also nausea for the last couple of days that lasts pretty much all days.

Usually when you have a ruptured cyst this will cause great pain. If you are experiencing any unusual nausea you may need to research the problem further with your doctor. A twisted cyst has been know to cause nausea. Check out the website below for more information. I feel your pain girlfriend on having cysts every month, that could really be a bummer. Good Luck!
