I've been getting my period (normally) since 6th grade(feb.2006).
I'm still using pads.
should i be using tampons?
i've tried using them b4 and i don't think i had it in all the way bcuz it hurt/was uncomfortable.
a few of my friends are starting to use tampons and i'm going to be joining volleyball too soon.
so...should i start using tampons?

Try using smaller tampons, they will go in easier. Its normal for it to hurt the first couple of times that you do it. I was in ballet for 10 years and I had to start wearing tampons because pads just don't work with an active sport! Just make sure you get used to wearing them before wearing them for pratice.
