Any chance you are pregnant? If not, then the only thing you can do is to wait it out. If there is a chance you are pregnant, then at a week out you can go ahead and take a pregnancy test. Sometimes the relief of it being negative will relieve the stress and you will start. Good luck, I hope this turns out the way you want it to!
