Lighter period from giving blood?
My periods are usually heavier, but this month has been much lighter than normal. The only thing I've done differently is that I gave blood two days before i started. So, does giving blood have an effect on your period?
Answers:
I don't think it should, since the bood comes from the linng of your uterus. Therefore it can't be taken away from giving blood.
