I'm 15 years old and i have a fast metabilism, and i wieght 110, and im 5'5 and i would like to gain 20-25 pounds by september

Wow! Let me start off by saying you are very lucky.
Well, gaining weight is a sensitive subject becuase some people automatically think to eat junk food. That is wrong. You should gain weight eating healthy food. I also reccomend talking to a Doctor about this, because they may have certain rules for you to follow.
Anyway:
*Fats and Oils: Good fats like olive oil are great for gaining weight. Avoid greasy fried food that has trans fats which is not healthy.
*Protien: Eat more protien. Avoid processed meat, but eat a lot of protien. That helps create cells.
*There are weight gaining supplements filled with carbs and protien perfect for you. Check with a Doctor of course before taking them,
*Eat more dairy. Dairy is healthy and usually filled with fat. Snack on whole mozzrella cheese, and drink milk.
*Either eat more often of larger meals. If you don't want to feel stuffed, just eat more often.
*Add cheese, nuts and dressings made with olive, walnut or canola oil to salads.
*Eat starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn more often.
*Choose dried fruits or fruit juices as healthy higher calorie snacks.
*Add cream or cheese sauces to fish and baked chicken breast.
*Choose herbs and spices to increase the flavors of your food rather than using too much salt.
*Add powdered milk to soups and sauces to add calories and protein.
*Peanut butter on whole grain bread, apples or celery sticks is a great source of protein and calories.
*Stick with healthy desserts, such as a bowl of berries with whipped topping and lot of chopped nuts.
