I have small bumps on my armpits that ooze puss?!


Question:

I have small bumps on my armpits that ooze puss?

I have tried antibacteria medicine on it and have switched deodorants but nothing has changed. What should I do. They really bug me and hurt most of the time. They are very tiny but numerous amounts on both of my armpits
