How can I get my hormones back to normal?
I'm 16 and my periods are all over the place and it's been like this for 2 and a half years now, sometimes I go for months without having any. Does anyone know anything of how I can get my periods back monthly. The Doctor said to me that its my hormones and they are all over the place, so how do I get my hormones back to normal?
Give me any ideas or rumours that you've heard that could possibly help.

The contraceptive pill would stabilise you, however it would do so by taking control of your hormones rather than sorting your own body functions. This may be the only alternative other than letting nature get on with it.
