Using tampons for first time?
(women and girls ONLY!) Ok i want to start using tampons but dont know which one is the best. Can u tell me which are the best kinds and which ones are more comfortable.

try plastic applicator get the junior size or slimfits and try playtex sport or tampax pearl
read the instruction in the box you may wanna practise a few times and change your tampon every 4-6 hrs and the only thing thats suppose to stick out is the string of the tampon the whole cotton part is to be in except for the string just read the instructions and you can throw away the tampons in the toilet
