my sister is 18 years old she missed her period last month and was spitting up blood yesterday she is NOT sexualy active because she's a lesbo so whats wrong with her Im worried

You do not give sufficient information to make an educated guess but if she is extremely thin or trying to get that way (bulimic or anorexic or both) she may binge/purge until she spits up blood and/or develop an ulcer. Bulimics/anorexics also will sometimes stop having periods due to the effects of their eating disorder on their bodies. Being lesbian does not preclude being sexually active; she can have an active lesbian sex life also. If this continues, she needs to seek medical help.
