When i sneeze or cough, where my ovaries and uterus are hurts really bad. It is all different kind of pain dull and sharp. It is too early for me to ovulating so it can be that.. So what could it be.

I would see your doctor or your GYN soon. I personally have had experience with that as has my best friend and for both of us it was an ovarian cyst (non-cancerous). There's quite a few different ones you could be suffering from. My friends made her violently ill, hurt really really bad(over bumps in the car, sneezing, coughing, sitting up), got really big, and needed to be surgically removed. Mine only hurts once in awhile, and is being treated by being on the pill - no surgery needed. Make an appointment with your doctor. Of they suspect a cyst they'll push lightly on your stomach, maybe to a pelvic, perhaps order a sonogram. If it is a cyst they'll try shrinking it with birth control pills over a period of a month or so, then do another sonogram, if it shrunk they'll keep you on the pill forever, if it stayed the same or grew anymore they'll probably discuss surgically removing it.
