Yeast infection gone?

well just last night before i went to sleep and i peed it burned REALLY bad that i almost screamed....so i decided to take a bath to clean the area because i knew it was a yeast infection....i had all the symptoms. so after i got out of the bath i just put some loose boxers on without any panties and went to sleep.....then i woke up this morning and went pee as usual and i was so scared to pee tjhough (lol) but when i did it didnt hurt anymore...and when i wiped it didnt either....only when i did it too rough.....so is it gone?!?!?!?! please tell me it is....cause this is horrible!

well my sister has vagisil in her room.....does that help yeast infections ....if it is a yeast infection?

If it was a yeast infection, it probably isn't gone and it would help if you got something to take care of it, like some over-the-counter applications. But it might not have been a yeast infection. It could have been some chaffing or irritation from something else which made your skin raw and sensitive... It might have just needed a good cleaning and air to heal itself enough that you wouldn't feel pain anymore... If you seriously don't feel anymore discomfort, that's probably the case and you don't need a yeast infection medicine. Give it the rest of the day and see how you're feeling... but at the first sign of pain, go get something to get rid of that yeast infection! Good luck!
