Exercise = Missed Period??!

Question:

Exercise = Missed Period??

I didn't get my period this month (it has been 5-6 weeks since I got my last period). I'm 15 years old (and I have never had sex before), so I'm not pregnant. But I have started a new exercise routine for the last 2 months, and I'm aware that too much exercise can stop your periods. But I don't do a lot of exercise--- just 30mins daily (cardio or running or aerobics...depends on the day). I'm not heavy or too light weight, and I have been having my period for 3 years (pretty regularly)....and this is the first time I missed it. Should I cut down on my exercise routine? I really want to stay in shape till school starts (in like 8 weeks), so please advise.

If I continue my exercise routine, will I get my period next month?

Answers:

Yes i really think u should stop exercise for a week or two n see wat happens if they still dont come then definitely go see ur doctor, because not having periods also makes u gain weight.
GOOD LUCK...........
