Could not eating enough . . .?!

Question:

Could not eating enough . . .?

CAn not eating enough stunt your growth. I used to have an eating disorder where i worked out alot and didn't eat enough to compensate. I struggled with this really bad from about age 12 to age 13and then slightly struggled with it from age 14 to 15 or so and am now 17 and don't struggle with it anymore. I've never really had a growth "spurt" i've just grown a very small amount here and there and it's only been about 2 inches since the age of 12. I only started havning my period about a year ago. I am pretty short, only about 5.2. Thankfully, I am at a healthy weight now , about 105lbs. or more. could i have stunted my growth??? Could i still grow more?? Any input would be greatly appreciated = )

Answers:

I think you can stunt your growth by not eating enough. You are probably not done growing yet though. Ask your doctor about it as well. It is a good question.
