help me i was going pritty fast and was trying to pick up speed then i fell and slid about a foot agenst the pavment oh and i was going down a hill on the street and scraped my elbow and my back up pritty bad.
then i had to walk 1/2 mile and i could sit down or sleep
my question is what should i do to the cuts and my ***
Answers:
Just make sure you clean up the road-rash VERY thoroughly (scrub it out with hydrogen peroxide and/or Bactine and cotton balls), then apply Betadine if you have it. Put Neosporin on the deepest cuts and bandage them well.
Keep the area clean and dry as much as possible, and every time you bathe, be sure to repeat the above procedures.
As for sitting you'll probably have to do the "one cheek sneak" for a while, and laying down will have to involve doing so on your stomach.
If redness, irritation or swelling occur to any of the scraped areas, be SURE to see a doctor (this is a sign of infection).
