if my period ended on the 19th of june and its a 28 day cycle shouldnt it start on the 20th of july

You count 28 days from your FIRST BLEED DAY, not the last day you have your period. So figure out when your period started in June, THEN count 28 days and that should be your next period.

EDIT: Do the math. Count 28 days from June 13. That would put your period due to arrive somewhere around the 12th or so. Its NOT that hard.
