My period is late and i have never missed a period and i have never been more than 2 days late.?
I am on the nuva ring and i left it in for two weeks longer than i was suppose to. i took it out four mornings ago and i still have nothing. last month i had gotten my period two days before i was even suppose to take the nuva ring out. what reasons could there be at why i haven't gotten my period yet? i took a home test and it came back negative.

The LONGEST you should leave the ring in for is FOUR weeks, so five is WAY beyond the limitations of the device. You should make an appointment with your doctor or at the very least take a home pregnancy test, and use backup contraception until you either determine you are NOT pregnant or for the next seven days after replacing the ring.
