Is it screwed up hormones or possible pregnancy? please read?

I am asking this to see if anyone has heard of or experianced something similar...I had an abortion 8 weeks ago, I went on birth control (ortho tri cyclen lo) 2 days afterward to regulate my period. I have not had my period yet. I am using protection but I got pregnant last time while using protection as well...somehow??? I now have sore breasts and reddish brown discharge with slight cramping but no period. Is this normal for first periods after abortion? I took 4 pg tests in the last few weeks two were negative and 2 were very very faint positives, (almost not visible) so does it sound like my body is getting back to normal or pregnancy?

Sounds like you didn't wait to get going again... I hope you at least were told to wait 4 weeks after the abortion before sex.

Also I hope they explained that it takes a while for birth control pills to become effective, so I hope you were using a condom.

Frankly its hard to say... I strongly recommend you give another week and test yourself again. And you might want to cool it on the sex for a while until your back to normal.
