Does anyone kno how to calculate ovulation from menstrual days?!

Does anyone kno how to calculate ovulation from menstrual days?

my cycle is every 31 days starting on the first day of my period ending the day before my next. can anyone calculate how many days after my period i would be ovulating?


Answers:

The rule of thumb is 14 days after the first day of your period.

It has always been this way.
