Please help!! I have really bad menstrual cramps!!?

i get like this every month some months are ok and some months like this month are bad. luckily i haven't thrown up at least not yet. I have taken 2 aleves 3 hours ago and its not helping. my mom won't bring me to the doctor. i have had my period for 3 years. what can i do?? i have tried a heating pad on my stomach it didn't help. is there anything else i can do??

Have you tried like Midol or something? I always take Advil (Ibuprofen) It is a muscle relaxer and a pain killer. I use a heating pad. A really hot bath is nice too. Get the water as hot as you can stand it and then just soak in that. Also there is a product out- Therma Care- they are potable heating pads, there is one especially for cramps. You just stick it to th inside of your pants or panties and it keeps heat on your belly all day long. I love them. I wish they had them when I was a teenager- But now they are heaven at work.

Sometimes I will chase my Advil with a Pepsi, Caffeine is a pain reliever- but read the label of what you are taking- if it contains caffeine, then that is probably not a good idea. Midol and Pamperine many times contain Caffeine.

I have heard that Vitamin B helps too, but I have not tried that.
