I'm a 19 year old girl, and work in an office and sitting there right now with terrible menstrual cramps!!!! ouch!!! and teribble lower back pain. What should i do??? i can't leave my office now. my boss won't allow that. what can i do???? Please help!!!

ooooooh, i get that all the time. it hurts! i contacted my doctor and he said that you should take a break, have deep breaths, and sit back and relax.

it could mean that you are pregnant. if it hurts so much, why are you typing this, get to the hospital!
