Answers:

i'm sorry to hear of your loss. i know how it feels i've been there myself twice. there may be a medical reason for the lethargy so see a doctor. with regards to your mental state of mind and general mood how long it takes you to get back to 'normal' will depend on you. for me when it happened it was devastating but i moved on fairly quickly because i was in the throes of a new relationship and had a job with long hours and much stress, so i probably did not have time to think about it too much, i was pregnant again within 3 months which probably helped but i lost that one too. the second time round i was hysterical and wanted to be sterilized as after 12 years of trying with 2 partners and 2 miscarriages was enough. however with the passing of time things got easier and 8 months later was pregnant again, this time there was a happier ending although the pregnancy was not without dangers. i think that keeping busy and time are great healers sound very cliche but it is true. you need to find out why you are so lethargic and then give yourself something to aim towards, something to look forward too, a goal , a distraction and in due time the pain will be less and you will be ready to try again. think that this time it was not meant to be and dont feel pressurised into feeling 'normal' take it at your own pace. IM me if you need to talk. best of luck to you xx
