EMERGENCY!! HELP!! what should i do?!

EMERGENCY!! HELP!! what should i do?

i have my period and it is really, really heavy. i do NOT wear tampons and i am not going to. anyway i have camp tomorow and it is 8 and a half hours long! we will be sitting on the floor most of the time and i am going crazy! what should i do???? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Answers:

Your best bet is to wear ultra-thin overnight pads with wings. Take a purse or bag with you so that you can take extra pads. Sometimes it helps to put a panty liner behind the pad (towards the back of your panties) so that you will not have any accidents. And do not hesitate to take a bathroom break when you need one. Hope you have fun at camp!
