Question:
I have Polycystic Ovaries (PCOS) What kind of diet is best for me?
I need to lose weight and because of PCOS I am gaining so much weight that it scares me to look in the mirror.
Answers:
You have obesity and insulin resistant diabetes mellitus. Avoid oil, fat, butter, margarine, sugar and starch. Eat vegetables growing over the earth, not under the earth. Take plenty of fibre and water. Eat whole wheat bread and bran. Avoid desserts and sweets. Use a sugar substitute. Avoid salt. Do not add salt to foods at the table. Try adding lemon juice instead.
