Im going to camp but im on my period, but ive never worn a tampon before. how can i not be embarrased?
there will be a lot of older girls there and i really don't want to be the only one so inexperienced!

like everyone else said, all girls get them, and the older you get, the less of a deal it is, really.
But for a little extra privacy, you might want to try tampax compax, or something similar...... they are tampons that are packaged small, so they are easier to hide in your pocket! Also, ask a person you trust about how to use a tampon... but just incase you dont have one, just read the handy little diagram that comes inside of ALL boxes of tampons!
