Is there a sure non-surgical way to get rid of stretch marks?

well im 16, and no im not pregnant. i've had my stretchmarks for about two years. most of them are translucent now but I want to be able to wear skirts and stuff without freaking out about the stretchmarks on my legs. I was wondering if anyone had an advice on how to get rid of stretch marks.

i.e. lotions and what nots. and I hope that you can tell me where to find them too.

yeah i have them on my upper thighs...i have coco butter u can get it at jewe or walgreensl itworks good and isnt expensive either
