How do I know when I am about to have an orgasm?

Is it like this? My body starts to get hot and the whole vagina area starts to get an "itchy" feeling, as if I want to "Pee"? Like I am bursting for the toilet! Is this normal? Is this the process of having a female orgasm?

I have experienced that feeling of "itchyness" and "peeing" (I assume its caused by the Clitoris?), but what should I do from there?

My bf said to hold the "peeing" feeling until I cant no more, and then I would "Burst" (where fluid gushes)

When "bursting", it this controlled by the mind or the vagina just let go on its own? Cos when I cant hold the "peeing" feeling no more, I really feel like peeing and I try to hold back not to pee urine, but how can I can have an orgasm?

Im afraid of making a mess scared I will actually pee urine instead of having an orgasm, like in porn films you see female bursting out with water..

Also, Is it normal that I have tears in my eyes during the immense feeling of "peeing" during sex? I am not crying, but the feelings just makes tears in my eyes, like its too much to bear and I feel crazy in positive ways, which my bf thought I was crying at one time -_-;
