why are my breasts leaking milky, white fluids... my tubes are tied, could something be wrong. My breasts are extremely sore and hurt a lot. What could this be? Is this normal?

You may be having a condition called hyperprolactinaemia
Basically, there is an excess of prolactin hormone. This hormone promotes production of bresat milk. In some individuals, this hormone can be abnormally increased even without pregnancy.
It may be accompanied by other symptoms such as recurrent headaches and visual disturbance. Menstruation may also be delayed.
Go see a doctor. You must have a breast and axilla (armpit) exam, visual field assessment and hormone level check.
