I'm a 13 yr old girl...?
who has had her period for 1 1/2 yrs now. every time it comes like 12 days late. is this normal and if it comes 12 days late do i expect the next one to come 12 days late also or at its set time?

During puberty, it is perfectly normal for your periods to be irregular. Even though a majority of women get their periods every 28 days, it's not a number that's carved in stone. Everyone's body is different and may have longer or shorter cycles, and it often changes over time. When I was a teenager, my cycles were every 5 days. Now it's more frequent than that. My point is, that your body determines your set time, not a medical guideline.
You can probably assume that your period will continue to be "12 days late" if it has been a consistent pattern, but as I mentioned before you never really know for certain.
