Very sudden loss of appetite??

I have recently had a very sudden loss of my appetite.
I never feel hungry and when i dont eat anything, my mom asks me if im taking diet pills or if i have and eating disorder. which i dont.
also, after i do eat, i feel naseous for about 1-2 hours after.
this has been happening for the past two to four days
what's going on??

im not very stressed at all,

and ocasionally, i do feel a bit achy and sore.

Is that the only symptom? I've had this happen to me quite a few times during various illnesses, both viral and bacterial. If you've had coughing and loss of appetite it may be pneumonia, which is a bit difficult to diagnose. Or you may just be getting a bad flu. If you have other symptoms, check www.webmd.com. They have a "symptom checker" there and you can get an idea of what you're up against (but don't go self diagnosing!) If it keeps up for more that a couple of days, definitely see a doctor!
