If you are an emotional eater, how do you stop yourself?

You need to get to the root of why you comfort yourself with food. Therapy can be a wonderful thing when you find the right therapist. First of all, get all of the "bad" foods out of the house so that even when you are tempted, they won't be there to consume. Replace them with fruit, etc so that if you feel the need to eat, it will be something healthy without alot of calories to feel guilty about later, that just adds to it. Good luck!
