I am going away in for weeks and am due to have a period , i have been to docs and he has given me some tabs?

there are called norethisterone, has anybody been on them and if so due they have any side effects that r nasty, do you still have periods pains even though u r not bleeeding

i took them once to delay a period when i was going away..I never got cramps. within a couple of days of stoping them you will get your period. remember not to forget any while or away or you period may come.. any side effects will be on the leaflet you got with the pills
