i am supposed to take mine at 4...one day i forgot and took mine at 6!

I can see you are fairly responsible about this! Congratulations and don't worry. As far as I remember, it's way worse if you take it 4-6 hours later. Don't worry, there'll be no problem, but make sure you won't forget about it again in the future.
