Hi there, you don't say how old you are...but if you feel like doing so ..then no matter how young you are..then it's fine to have those feelings...
I know I started early at about 8 or 9.. I wasn't sure really what it was I felt but I knew that touching my "Place" felt good..although I didn't actually get my period till 12 but by then I knew what I was doing and what it was.
As long as no one is forcing you or telling you to do it..and it's something you feel you want/need to do then by all means go ahead.
