I am 39 and can someone plz.tell what to expect to have sex for the first time?

I had mine with my partner recently and it didn't go well as ihope co'z i bleed ,sore and really scared me a lot.

it's normal! for my first time I didnt bleed..but it did hurt like hell that I was shaking by the end of it from pain! and the next couple of times hurt too..a lil less but they still did hurt..

first time i did it i thought it was overrated because pain was more than pleasure..but it gets b etter by time =)

just tell ur partner not to go so hard..
